Parent interviews
Parents meet their child’s teacher once in 6 months to know their child’s progress. If parents want to meet the teachers during the term they can by getting an appointment through the office. If parents want to meet the teachers urgently, they can go through the principal.

Classroom observation
Parents of prospective students are given observation of the appropriate class through the office. It is good if parents observe the class before admission.
It is important that parents come and observe their child’s classroom at least once a year. Parents are allowed for observation after the first two months of commencement of school. Parents would be given the rules for observation and they are expected to follow it, and they are expected to observe the whole class and not only their child.

Parent education
On Saturday afternoons between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. there would be presentations by the principal/ classroom Directress/ outside speakers on the Montessori Method and philosophy or on parenting; question and answer sessions.

Parent library
Parents are invited to borrow books from the school library for their children and the also books related to education and Montessori education and philosophy.

Observation time:
Pre-primary – 8:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Elementary – 9:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Parents have to be in the environment on time. Babies and toddlers are not permitted in the environment for observation. Only two people are allowed for observation at a time. Observations are booked through the office.
